We do our best to ship your items, and respond to your emails in a timely manner (see below). However, keep in mind we are just a 2-person operation. We ask that you have patience with us. Thank you!
We use USPS to ship your order. Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, delivery times are NOT GUARANTEED. We are not responsible for items arriving late.
Upon placing your order, you should receive an order confirmation via email. If you do not, please email us at SteveGrandMerch@gmail.com
TRACKING information will be sent to the email you provided us on your order as soon as your order has shipped.
Nearly all orders that DO NOT require personalization are shipped within' 3 business days of receiving them. On very rare occasions it may take few days beyond that.
However, If you order an item with PERSONALIZATION, it may take up to 10 days before your order is shipped.
A small percent of our INTERNATIONAL orders, especially orders being shipped to CANADA and MEXICO, are seeing unprecedented delays, sometimes up to a full month. Once your item has entered customs for processing, we lose any ability to get any additional tracking information beyond what is available to you with your tracking number (which will be emailed to you when your order has shipped).
I urge INTERNATIONAL SHOPPERS to enter in your PHONE NUMBER when checking out. (If you forget, email it to us at SteveGrandMerch@gmail.com). This really helps prevent your order from being lost, or from being further delayed.
At this time, we cannot accept returns. ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
We will exchange unworn and unwashed T-shirts for a different size, if the item is shipped back to us within 30 days of receipt.
Before sending your item back to us, please email us at SteveGrandMerch@gmail.com from the email you used to place your order. In the email, let us know which item you are returning, and what size you would like to make sure we have your new size in stock!
With your exchange item, please include the following in the package:
(1) Your first and last name, and
(2) the EMAIL you used to place the order
(3) the Size you would like your exchange item in.
